Ecofai comes from a long work of research and development, and experimentation, by our team. This is a clay that reuses waste:
- Mud residue from our water treatment station
- Dust from our dust removal system
- Excess subproducts and glazes from our everyday production process
01 Making Ecofai starts with gathering and selecting waste from all over our facilities.
02 Then we transform all the components in order to obtain a homogeneous paste.
03 This paste has specific characteristics which make it ready to be used on our production line.
04 This paste can now be plastic or liquid, which allows us to be inventive and daring in the pieces we make.
