This morning, took place at Arfai the First edition of Ambiente Fair Contest – an initiative that aimed to select randomly one of the production workers to go with Arfai sales department to Frankfurt, next year, in February.

In a date and hour previously announced to assure transparency, the contest selected the name of the employee, Nidia Araujo, working in the Finishing and Packing section at Arfai since 2013.

With more than 140 000 visitors from all over the world, Ambiente Fair is not only the leading international trade fair for consumer goods, as the most determinant moment for Arfai’s commercial activity: this is where the company reveals its work, having the chance to establish contacts and to develop potential business opportunities for the future.

Its importance is proportional to the preparation work the fair demands, being necessary to include all the team during this long preparation period. This initiative tried to strengthen this necessary involvement of the team and will, according to the management body, “happen again next year”.
