Arfai and Jomaze have been honored with the Trophy “Cooperation”, awarded by the weekly newspaper Região de Leiria. This recognition was given to distinguish the “cooperation capability” of both companies and the “example they are for their business sector, in particular, and for business activities in general”.

In a brief speech, Carla Moreira, ARFAI CEO, on behalf of the two companies, reminded the strategic goals of this partnership that started almost 10 years ago, pointing out some of its practical key areas and concluding with a special acknowledgment “to the companies’ employees, who operationalize this partnership in an exemplary manner, making possible to cooperate”.

The award ceremony took place within the “XV Dinner-Conference REGIÃO DE LEIRIA – Tribute to the best and biggest companies of Leiria and Ourém”, an event that gathered an audience of hundreds of business men and women, managers and public entities”.

Since 2009, Arfai and Jomazé, working in the same business, started a strategic partnership with the aim of gaining scale and create a more flexible production capacity and complete offer – a coo-petition that both believe “to be a competitive advantage identified by international customers”, stated Carla Moreira.
