How to choose your ceramic style?

When it comes to decorating or redecorating a house, the options of styles are almost infinite and it’s not always easy to define the one that most characterizes us. The possibility of mixing concepts gives us more freedom, but can also make us lose our way among so many options.

In the end what is really important is to find a purpose and a central concept for your decoration, something you feel comfortable with and make your space “home”.

RUSTIC INSPIRATION
Comfort, simplicity, and affection. Some characteristics that define rustic decoration. Wood is one of the main elements and the composition of all the elements intend to bring the necessary warmth and refuge to those who choose this style.

MINIMALIST INSPIRATION
“Less is more” or “Keep it simple” can well define this style. Devoid of what is dispensable and designed to be functional, clean and pleasant. It usually uses straight lines and elements of more neutral colors, which convey tranquility and peace.
Everything has its space, its place, and its function – the pieces that unite decoration and utility are the key.

RETRO INSPIRATION
This is the ideal style for those who like to revisit the memories of other times, but bringing a touch of modernity. The pieces used in this style are reinterpretations of the past, reinterpreted today. A tribute to other eras, which brings back the colors, the textures, and the liveliness, often with a touch of boldness and a lot of personality.

TROPICAL INSPIRATION
In this style, nature is queen! Through vegetation, natural materials, and cheerful colors, we feel a unique lightness.
Themed patterns and plants are a must, and vivacity takes over the space through the decorative elements.

INDUSTRIAL STYLE
Inspired by the old factories in New York, cement, pipes, and bricks are some of the main elements in the industrial style.
One of the characteristics is to leave part of the structure of the interior body of the house visible, as in our Dynamic Appeal’22 collection piece.

If you still feel difficulty in identifying the style that most characterizes you, don’t worry, you can always mix it up, making each choice reflect a commitment to respect and unity.

We share some tips that can help when decorating a space:
– make a moodboard: use references of colors, objects, clothes or furniture you like and set up a reference board. Visually translating an idea always helps to understand it;
– think about the places you like to frequent the most, the most striking elements and the kind of sensation they convey to you.
