As an exporting company, Arfai is frequently subject to internal and external audits.
We work with customers from all over the world, each one with its own specificities and requirements, so it is necessary that our processes are optimized.
Audits play an important role in this improvement, allowing us to enhance internal processes and reduce failures.
At the end of May Arfai was once again evaluated, this time by an ethical audit. Parameters were analyzed in terms of Labor Standards, Health and Safety, Environment and Business Ethics. With criteria such as Universal Rights related to the United Nations Guiding Principles; Management Systems and Implementation Code; Right to Work; Work Environment; Salary and Benefits, among others.
The auditor’s visit intends to analyze management documentation, observe processes, and conduct interviews with employees to gather evidence.
Once the exhaustive analysis is finished, a final report is prepared, with improvement guidelines and conclusions obtained after the visit. The results have been very positive for Arfai, allowing us to identify points for improvement in our management processes or confirm the good work that has been done in this field by the company.
Continuous improvement is the basis of Arfai’s work, stimulating the company’s development, ensuring the conditions of our team and the satisfaction of our customers have been determining factors in our growth.
